Return & Refund Policy

• Most items: 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging.
• Fashion and shoes: 30 days, unworn with tags attached.
• Electronics: 15 days, with all accessories, manuals and packaging.
• Beauty, personal care and groceries: not returnable once opened, unless damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent.

Go to Your Orders, choose the order and select Return or replace items. Drop the package at any AEL Hub or schedule a pickup. Keep your return receipt until the refund arrives.

• Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive and check the item.
• Card, bKash and Nagad payments are refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your gift card balance or bKash, as you choose.
• Original delivery fees are refunded when the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Returns are free if the item is damaged, defective or not as described. For other reasons, a ৳100 return fee may be deducted from your refund.

• Gift cards and digital downloads.
• Items marked non-returnable on the product page.
• Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
