Conditions of Use

You may need an account to place orders and use some features. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

• Give accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You must be at least 18, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may refuse service, close accounts or cancel orders if we reasonably believe these conditions have been broken.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we ship the item and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We try to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images or other content are complete or error-free. If an item is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad and major credit and debit cards. By providing a payment method you confirm you are authorised to use it.

Gift card balances are applied before other payment methods, do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Some products are sold by independent sellers. The seller is responsible for their listings and for fulfilling the order unless aeltrades fulfils it for them. Our Return & Refund Policy still applies to items bought from third-party sellers.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• copy, scrape or resell content or data without our permission;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• post reviews or content that are false, offensive or infringe others' rights.

When you post reviews, questions or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and adapt it in connection with the service. You confirm that the content is yours and is honest and lawful. We may remove content that breaks these conditions.

All content on aeltrades, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to aeltrades or its content suppliers and is protected by law. The aeltrades name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission.

We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these conditions limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

These conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact Customer Service first; most issues can be resolved quickly.

We may update these conditions from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one shown when you placed it. We'll post the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
